CHIARI-RELATED STUDY: Charcot Arthropathy of the Shoulder Associated with Typical and Atypical Findings

This study comes from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and presents a 49-year-old man with Charcot joint of the shoulder and a rare complication: the first known example of combined neurovascular compression in this location.
