The International Chiari Association (ICA) celebrates its first birthday today. The nonprofit organization received 501(c)(3) status on Sept. 30, 2011. To celebrate the big day, we have added what could be the official song of the ICA: "I'll Stand By You." Carrie Underwood and Beatrice Thiriet each sing the song.
