Three Local Authors Donate to Chiari Silent Auction

Wed, 09/03/2014

The International Chiari Association (ICA) is pleased to announce that three authors, each in the Santa Barbara, California area, have donated autographed books (CLICK HERE) for the silent auction at the 3rd Annual Chiari Awareness Celebration.

The books are the following: "The Grace of Crows" by Tracy Shawn (two copies), "The Last Fernandez" by Sandra Perez Gluschankoff and "Broken Butterfly" by Karin Finell.

"As a writer, I look forward to attending the Writer's Luncheons at Cafe del Sol," said ICA Founder/President Pete Dal Bello. "I try my best to make it to these luncheons at this popular local restaurant. As mentioned in the past, Cafe del Sol has also donated a gift certificate to the silent auction at this event. It is at these luncheons where I met each of these authors and I want to thank them for their generous donations. They also inspire me to one day write a book about Chiari, my Chiari Journey and the ICA."
