Among the things Winner discussed on Monday was keeping life in perspective.

He mentioned never losing sight of what is important despite the stress going on in your life.

"I still have my vision, both legs, both arms, etc.," Winner said. "List some of the things going on in your life. I have my wife, my kids, my friends."

Winner added that some people keep a "Gratitude Journal" where they write down five things a day that they are grateful to have in their lives.
