C.J. Slaton dealt with headaches and fatigue for the past year or so, but more recently he felt numbness in his arm, and pain around his shoulders. 

"It moved up into my neck, and my neck started going numb," said Slaton, who is a senior at Kennedy High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. "I couldn't feel any water when I took a shower."
