The International Chiari Association (ICA) is pleased to announce that the Chiari Awareness Tour will take place from Sept. 8-15.

During that time, ICA Founder/President Pete Dal Bello will visit six states in eight days and do the following: represent the ICA, spread Chiari Awareness and meet those with Chiari and the people that care about them. 

"I am very excited about this opportunity," Dal Bello said. "This is a first in the Chiari World. The ICA always puts people first and I am thankful for the assistance of a private donor to help make this trip possible."

The International Chiari Association (ICA) is pleased to announce that The Upham Hotel & Country House (1404 De la Vina St. in Santa Barbara, California) has donated one complimentary night for two people (including deluxe continental breakfast and afternoon refreshments) for the silent auction at the 3rd Annual Chiari Awareness Celebration. 

Built in 1871, The Upham Hotel is the oldest continuously operating hotel in Southern California. The Country House, a classic bed and breakfast, is located a half block away and across the street.

The International Chiari Association (ICA) is pleased to announce that Courtney and the Heathens will perform at the 3rd Annual Chiari Awareness Celebration. 

Courtney and the Heathens was formed in 2012 by a group of local musicians, most of which came from other local punk and rock bands. They are a high-energy bluegrass band. 

"We are excited to have Courtney and the Heathens perform at our event," said ICA Founder/President Pete Dal Bello. "They are a popular local band and I know that they will be popular at our event."
